Under the direction of Smith-Emery’s team of civil or metallurgical engineers, technicians test concrete, grout, mortar, cable, rebar, steel, and metal. And our full-service Caltrans and AASHTO accredited laboratory is staffed by engineering technicians and geotechnical professionals.
