Description
The 87,000-square-foot Center for Science & Innovation Building in STEM Education is a three-story science hub that will include the constructions of more than 30 classrooms and laboratories, faculty offices, facilities for a new graduate program, the College of Natural & Behavioral Sciences Dean’s Office, the Center for Innovations of STEM Education, and Fab Lab. The exterior of the Science and Innovation Building features a blue and gray façade with a “decoded DNA strand” design in the paneling. Smith-Emery is providing materials inspection and laboratory testing during the numerous complex stages of construction for this project.
